Message :the PTU (Power Transistor Unit) gets a signal from the computer telling the coil when to fire. The early style PTUs were recalled because of premature failure do to heat, they have aluminum tops, looks like this.

:the CAS (Crank Angle Sensor) tells the computer where the Crankshaft is so that it knows what part of the engine cycle is going on. seen here.

:I would check your connections at both the PTU and CAS... and to be honest you seem to be having the same problem I am having, but those where the things everyone has said to check first.
